Fees, fees, fees. Every ridiculous fee they charge is pocketed by the company, not the homeowner. So they’re heavily incentivized to stack even MORE fees. They hand you a cute directory then ignore every phone call. Thank god my homes owner took it back from them, I was not looking forward to tenancy under this company 👎
It appears that Stutts has a large footprint in real estate in the Shoals, and one would expect that their service would be able to match, but that has not been my experience. A rent price increase after one year, something I would anticipate in a larger city, not what I was expecting in Florence. Then the property doesn't keep pace, and you're left wonder what you're paying more for. You get charged a lot of fees on top of your rent. I love living here at Bentbrook Village It is conveniently located to so many places! It is also very quiet! I have recommended it to my friends!
The communication and so called changes of lease is not communicated to the renters. Property is only maintained in the front. Takes maintenance over 2 months for simple repairs. No consideration that we are working people. People constantly walk their dogs without leash and do not pick up after them. They manage so many units with deceptive photos. Horrible find something else. ******Since this post property management has reached out to resolve the issues mentioned.*****
