Took my near totaled Model 3 in and it looked brand new by the time it was done, finished weeks ahead of schedule as well. Also looked the cleanest it ever had
I had previously written a poor review based on some service we had done after hail repair. I want to update this to say that Matt, the manager called me right away. Offered us a loner car, and came to us to pick up our car and take it back to the shop. I have full confidence after going over the car with him it will come back in the condition we had originally expected. I had to take my Tesla Model Y in for some body work after someone hit my car. The initial quote was free, and Stuttgart worked with my insurance the entire time. It was a quick and painless process, they took care of everything. My car was ready before the initial estimated time of completion. When I picked up the car, it was even cleaner than I dropped it off, inside and outside. I hope to never need to use their services again, but if something happens I am definitely coming back to them.
