Trey, as well as the rest of the staff were awesome and I am loving my Ford Expedition,!!!
Came in last minute while traveling across country. My F350 had a blown DEF pump and Jasmine was able to get me in right away. Parts ordered immediately to get me back on the road. I appreciate the quick service so my trip was not too delayed. Thank you Stuteville Ford for great service and getting me back on the road. Everyone was super friendly and helpful here.
Go see Kerrie in service! She is truly a professional in her position. She kept me informed and up to date on all repairs and was accurate with the time frame of repairs.
Jasmine (service person) and Scott (Mechanic) there is no better a team to work with. If the rest of the dealership team is half as good as these two are, then you CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! On a scale of one to a hundred,they are no less than five hundred! I was thrilled at first till I found out I was sold a truck thousands of dollars above bluebook and they said they had to through in a tire warranty to get the financing. They didn’t honor the warranty and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I inquired about it a few months later. On top of that I wanted the TTL included in the financing.
