I was thrilled at first till I found out I was sold a truck thousands of dollars above bluebook and they said they had to through in a tire warranty to get the financing. They didn’t honor the warranty and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I inquired about it a few months later. On top of that I wanted the TTL included in the financing. The service representative Jasmine, fit me in for an emergency brake repair while I was far from home and then bent over backwards to get me on the road the next day. Scott, the service bay foreman, quickly identified the problem, got the correct parts ordered and executed the repair after the parts arrived the next day.
