We recently visited the store to explore flooring options. Don was extremely helpful and provided advice in a very professional manner. We are very appreciative of his service and knowledge.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Stu’s. Dave was extremely patient in helping us find the right floor for our needs. He is very knowledgeable and honest. The installers were top notch and very professional. We needed some follow-up care and they were right on top of it. Stu’s is a tried and true locally owned business. Their employees stay with them—that says a lot right there!

Kind of deceptive advertising. They had a sign out front that said up to 30% off. So when we got our verbal quote while in the store, I asked if the sign out front had any benefits to us...and the employee looked at us like we just asked for the winning lottery numbers, as if to say, there wasn't an application of that to anything sold there.
