I would absolutely not recommend living here. I have lived here for a year and a half, and the maintenance and repair issues have been beyond frustrating. Nothing actually gets fixed, and serious problems are constantly brushed off instead of being addressed. There are electrical shorts in the apartment, which is a major safety concern, and despite repeated complaints, nothing has been properly resolved. Other than the maintenance men, there is nothing good about this place. The office manager is miserable and likes to be difficult. I’ve been here 4 years, rent increases but no improvements are made so glad I can finally leave. They support harboring fugitives. US Marshalls swatted our apartment early one morning on my way to work and I was caught in it, they were looking for his man who was hiding out in his elderly parents apartment. Live here for almost 3 years. It's a clean & tidy apartment complex. No issues. Maintenance it timely & efficient and generally kind and helpful. I am black and I've not had a bad experience. At one point, we had an ornary neighboor, but they moved on. Our new neighbor is pleasant just like everyone else!
My hope is that this review saves someone from making the mistake of moving here, especially if you are considering the end-unit townhome that is currently available. Please make sure you ask for a full tour so you can truly see and smell the condition of the unit for yourself before signing anything. I lived here for almost three years in a townhome with my son.
