This company really tries to go the extra mile when a problem occurs. They are all very nice professional people.
Lori, I could not said it better. They were a recommendation from the guy who put in my windows and front door. The son of the owner came out to fix my toilet and was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Earlier this year I called on Sturm to fix a plumbing issue and they were quick, efficient and professional. Today I had an emergency and they were at my doorstep promptly and repaired the problem within moments. I will call on Sturm Plumbing to fix any future needs I may have. went everywhere searching for parts to fix old bathroom...everywhere i went they kept telling me the same thing....see the faucet doctor...sent me back to this small specialty store where youd never imagine they had everything under the sun (in such a tiny place?). guy at the counter was Russ....nicest guy in the entire world to help me!! my compliments for such great service...larry ws the service tech that came to install the job & he was very polite & explained alot to me (that mattered to me) & cleaned up after the job p... read more
