Just had my furnace serviced by Sterm, John F who did the work was vary professional and explained every thing he did and was able to show me what he had done on a tablet , I was vary impressed with his ability and knowledge, thank you for having people like John.
Bad service I had a problem with my furnace. It had stopped running. They came out and told me that it was no good and that I would need to replace it. the cost would be $1500. I went for awhile without it(used my fireplace to heat the house). Then I called a different company out, and they said the the jets in my furnace were plugged. they cleaned them out, and my furnace has been working for 2 years.
