Avoid at All Costs — Truly a Nightmare Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. Renting here was worse than being homeless. From the start, Helen had an attitude every time we interacted. When my AC went out, I was told they “don’t do maintenance,” yet shortly after, they replaced a neighbors AC unit, and they gave her a window unit — who, surprise, just so happens to be best friends with the Helen. I rent a property from them! They have been nothing short of wonderful. Helen is the sweetest lady and always so accommodating. Thank yall for support me in my dreams !!!
If I could give 0 stars I would as me and my husband is renting from them and we have paid rent on time but this one time as my husband started a new job that makes way more then his last one did as I called her and told her that we would be a little late she said she would talk to the owner of the house and she did but she was like well y’all don’t take well care of the property well for one stuff has been messing up left and right and they just now wanting to fix them.
