I almost didn’t rent this house because I had read some of the online reviews. I’m really glad I decided to judge this company based on my own experience instead. From day one, Helen has been kind, patient, and incredibly responsive. She has answered my questions, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Moving during a difficult season of my life has been so stressful, and her kindness has meant more than she probably realizes. Great experience so far with these folks. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, and go the extra mile for their tenants. Helen is awesome and a total joy to work with. Highly recommend!
Avoid at All Costs — Truly a Nightmare Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. Renting here was worse than being homeless. From the start, Helen had an attitude every time we interacted. When my AC went out, I was told they “don’t do maintenance,” yet shortly after, they replaced a neighbors AC unit, and they gave her a window unit — who, surprise, just so happens to be best friends with the Helen.
