I'm always nervous about a company that's going to tell me I need the whole door when really I don't. It was obvious to me that this company was not one of those. Thank you for repairing my garage door in a timely manner. The office people and the technician were wonderful people to go through the stressful process with.
Put the wrong rails on my doors and cut them off to get them to fit. The doors were rubbing on the bottom of the trusses and the doors had a huge gap. After a month they came back and changed the rails on the top but left the one's they cut off and still didn't put the seals on the doors. After hiring another company to do the seals they tell me because of the way the doors are installed they have to put another style door opener on and adjust the doors to get them to work and I won't be able to put a ceiling in the building... read more
called them Monday to fix my broken garage door and was told i would get a return call with an appointment for a repair service, I called back on Tuesday late afternoon to find out if I had gotten lost in the shuffle and was told that "he" had not put me down for an appointment and after reconfirming my contact information was told I will be contacted to get an appointment. Now at 4 days still waiting for an appointment !!! not a repair just an appointment to get a repair!! Time to go somewhere else as I would advise everyon... read more
After a ‘minor’ accident with my car and garage door I again called on Sturgis Overhead. They are so easy to work with and each time we have needed them they have been great to work with.
