Great Service, Very Quick Service as well, The Spring had broke on my door and I called and they was able to come out the very same day and Fixed the issue and I Did not even have to be home. Not to mention the Great Price.
They came out right away. Fixed the door and actually discouraged replacing the damaged panel as it was functional and only had mild cosmetic damage. Greased the hinges and reattached the wiring as an extra while they were here. Answered all of our questions, was very patient and accommodating. Highly recommend!
About 2 years later and I have had numerous things I have had to fix on my door myself. Trim coming off, locking mechanisms coming loose, doors not closing properly, lights at the bottom not lining up properly, buttons not working. And instead of installing a nice opener on the wall beside my entry door like any normal garage has, I got an opener meant for inside a car Velcroed to the wall of my garage. Not very pleased with my doors for how much money I spent.
They did a great job removing my old wooden door that broke. They came out and measured, went over options and made suggestions for styles that would match the original door. We wanted wood but not with the real wood price tag, we decided on a wood grain pattern steel door. Installation was within 3-4 weeks after ordering. I'm always nervous about a company that's going to tell me I need the whole door when really I don't. It was obvious to me that this company was not one of those. Thank you for repairing my garage door in a timely manner. The office people and the technician were wonderful people to go through the stressful process with.
