I would like to understand why parents are not welcome in the pool area to observe swim lessons. In particular when the children are very young. Shouldn’t the instructors be encouraging parents to be active in their children’s learning and reinforcement on what is being taught? I have reached out to the athletic director and pool director and received no responses. We will not be continuing our lessons here or paying for a family membership as previously planned.
By far the RUDEST people I've ever met! They screamed at my children. Grabbed my toddler by the arm and dragged him across the lobby. A lifeguard stuck her finger in my husband's face and yelled at him. Then proceeded to tell my son his swimming was "horrible" (he is an average 12 yr old swimmer and is far from horrible) and wouldn't let him jump off the diving board anymore (which he's been doing for YEARS). I will NEVER go back to this place. And I will NEVER refer anyone to go.
The pool is very clean, staff is very nice and helpful. Affordable for the whole family, waterslide was great for the kids!
Mangy daughter took swimming lessons, she lived the class and it was so helpful.
Out of date...needs a renovation...swim team was good host
