Every visit I've had the ladies are always a delight. They have always cared for me in a timely and efficient manner. The accounts they provide are great and I love that they still have the classic bank account that provides checks, even though it has a minimum average monthly balance it is extremely useful for our current needs. All adjustments we have needed to make over the years have been easy and taken care of with speed. The app runs well and doesn't go down very often which I appreciate greatly.
I was working with sturgis bank for a business acquisition. Unfortunately, the financing did not work out with them. This would be a five star rating except for two main issues: 1. Austin lead me to belive everything was moving forward and good to go throughout thw entire process. Lots of money and time were spent on this and the end result was a, no.
