Called to book my checkup after giving birth and because I didn’t call in “a timely manner” they are refusing to see me at all, even after I informed them that I no longer have a family doctor. Absolutely shocking to be completely abandoned like this after giving birth.
Very dismissive. Not to mention they messed up my doctors appointment with the doctor I was suppose to see and gave me the devil herself Dr. Drummond. I have never seen such a woman who hates other women so bad. She was gaslighting me the entire consult and acting as if I didn’t know what I was talking about not to mention she LIED about several statistics just to feed her own ideology. The difference an exceptional OBGYN can make in your pregnancy is incredible. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. McCauley for my pregnancy and felt validated, cared for, and understood throughout my pregnancy. Appointments with him were efficient but not rushed; he always took the time to make sure I felt human in this process, and I truly felt that my baby and I were in great hands. The receptionists are the worse! Couldn’t answer the phone as i am working 12hrs a day. When im trying to call back found out the’ve BLOCKED me on the phone. Couldn’t reach them till i used my husband’s phone. Nightmare never coming back!
