The Sturgeon Women’s Health Clinic (SWHC) has a very serious problem with their Reception and Human Resource Management that must be addressed! My specific concern is with one of the Receptionists (Brittany (sp?)) and the Office Manager, Sandra. Originally, I felt that my concerns with the Reception at SWHC were isolated to only my case.
