Dr. A was great. Front end staff (we dealt with Jocelyn mostly) wasn't pleasant to deal with, which was surprising because we read all of the reviews first before going in and most say front end staff are really nice. She was short, awkward, and unfriendly. Not a very welcoming vibe when you walk in. When you see the front end staff laughing, joking, and smiling with each other, but can't bare to crack a smile at one patient, it leaves the impression of a lack of bedside manner and care.
For your heath and safety go somewhere else!!! I was referred by this medical facility to a specialist. My first referral was rejected and it was not resubmitted until almost a month later, making my wait time for treatment an extra month. I phoned to explain my symptoms were getting worse and a nurse who answered lied to me and told me she marked my referral urgent when she does not have that authority or ability.
