My name is Kosrat Taimory, i just recently attended Sturgeon Hospital in St Albert for my illness, and they were really great with the treatment they provided, i was not doing well at all, so i appreciate the care i was given, i intend to play soccer professionally, and i was really worried about my sickness, but i am now starting to feel better, so i wanted to say thank you to the doctors and nurses that helped me with my pain, kind regards
I want to thank all the nurses and doctor that made me feel like I mattered. I went to the triage and the nurse was beyond kind and actually listened to me when I was in pain. She listened and replied to everything I was asking and saying. I appreciate that. It made me feel seen as a patient. Absolutely wonderful experience! From the Emergency Triage Nurses to the intake Doctors and Nurses to the Porter that pushed my wheel chair around! To the Lab tech that drew my blood! To the aftercare Nurses and Doctor! You all saved my life! Just the Best protocols and systematic approach to helping me!!!
I had day surgery yesterday. The hospital was in influenza outbreak. The extra precautions taken were excellent.I could tell that they were understaffed due to the outbreak and staff were overworked, it did not change the compassionate care provided. Overall all staff from pre op, to surgery and recovery were amazing . Dr. Lacasse is the kindest and most professional person. Thank you all for calming my fears and making my day as comfortable as possible. You are all appreciated!
I call emergency unit for severe fever and body pain. Hoping to confined straight to the emergency. But, they just put me in the waiting area in-spite of my illness. Understandable it was busy. During the emergency unit they gve me 3 tablets of Tylenol. Of course while you are in the waiting area when it works fever gone some of the body pain gone.
