Worst emergency department my daughter went in by ambulance and they put her in a wheelchair and put her out in the waiting room. She was having a seizure and a panic attack her blood pressure dropped and she passed out. We were there for 9 hrs and they did absolutely nothing. They need to start turning people away that are there with things like colds. It’s absolutely ridiculous they can’t treat people who really need it. The staff was nice I do think it’s not in their hands. Leadership needs to do something
My name is Kosrat Taimory, i had to go to Sturgeon Hospital in St Albert a while back for my illness, and they were really great with the treatment they provided, i was not doing well at all, so i really appreciate the care i was given, i have played soccer in Canada my entire life and i was worried that my illness would lead to something worse, but they took great care of me and i’m very grateful. I am able to slowly get back to soccer now, so i just wanted to thank the doctors and nurses who helped me. Kind regards

Very poor health service in Canada, not only Sturgeon hospital,I bring my son to emergency and we was waiting 10 hours to see doctor, in 10 hours doctor didn't have 3 minutes to look my son to see if nothing dangerous, after 10 hours we left the emergency without seeing a doctor, they should bring down emergency sign from the building. This is not emergency, it's shame to have in Canada this kind of service. We don't have free health, we pay to much taxes for it.
