My boat is been in Waukegan for winter storage. I ordered to get detailing done, generator work and somehow the fibreglass got damaged(no one noticed it at the end of the season last year). I still approved it all to get the work done. it’s over 2 months now and all I hear is apologies. They can’t get my boat back on the water. Bay marine is an outstanding marina. My family has been boating for the last 40 years in Chicago. We recently purchased our latest boat from bay marine and the experience was great.
