I ordered via phone. Could not have had a better experience. Not only did they listen to my need, they made suggestions, checked the flower supply while I waited on the phone so they could describe what type of arrangement they could make, and figured out a way to make a special 98th birthday ribbon. Have used them several times and each time the service was over the top. For this last order they called my 98 year old grandmother to be sure she would be home and advise her of the delivery and ask when it would be convenient.... read more
