We called and scheduled an appointment on 7/29/25. We were told the first available appointment wouldn't be until 2nd week of August. We called back an hour later and canceled. The serviceman still showed up in August and messed with our units. We received a statement and I told the lady in their office that we had canceled the appointment. She said that since their repair guy was there for several hours, we would have to pay the $283.05 bill.
Our A/C fan motor failed just after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. I called Sturdivants. They answered, took my info, and Matt (the technician) called me just minutes later. He came right to our house, diagnosed the failure, and installed the new part in around an hour! Incredible! I was beyond impressed. He was also a super nice guy. When our A/C failed on a Friday afternoon, I thought our weekend plans were toast but Matt from Sturdivants saved the day! I can't recommend Sturdivants highly enough.
Repairs systems to get them up and running in a pinch. Others would only recommend a full replacement $7k+. Honest, professional and upfront. They believe in the “working class” and support them. I know my system is old but they got me up and running. I understand it will need to be replaced eventually but when we’re stretched for $$$ this company offers solutions. Thank you!!!
