Sturdevant used to service our former home for years. Everything went smoothly, service contracts and appointments were kept, workmanship was good and pricing was average. It just took one disgruntled employee to ruin everything for them and us by leaving an inappropriate, offensive, self-opinionated pamphlet in our home. Both Jaren and Brian arrived a half hour early given the day long work installation that was involved for the ac in the master bedroom. Before removing the old through the wall unit, the floor area and bed was covered to protect any errant debris that could be inadvertently dropped. This proved beneficial when the required hole, that needed to be drilled through the split face tile wall, to route the pipes and power connection.
