This Veterinary Hospital does Not Support Emergency / Critical Care Services as their website advertises and their scripted response is always the same. "We don't have any available appointments today". Ahhmm... Emergency / Critical Care negates the need or time for an appointment. Imagine if Emergency / Critical Services for humans worked like that?!

When the receptionist explained that we did not have any available appointments, you did bring up our website. The staff at Sturbridge Vet are professional and compassionate. Dr Mack is amazing. He cared for our Golden retriever for her entire life. She had a very rare disease and he was one the only Vets familiar with it. When we had to put her to sleep after exhausting all efforts he was as upset as we were. He has a great heart. Our other 4 dogs go there now and I would never trust anyone more. They are all wonderful.

Both the nurse and the vet were wonderfully patient with my very shy dog Draco. The vet was calming and gentle and got him as comfortable as he could before he gave the examination. He made sure that he saved me as much money as he could on the prescription I needed, and the ladies at the front desk were cheerful and friendly. Such a great experience and I'm so glad I've found such a great place for my bean.
