I’ve been in two different apartments & been on this property for 4years. When I tell you those two ladies in the office are the sweetest & most helpful ladies I’ve ever met at any complex . Not to mention the handy man rob that’s my guy. 10/10 ppl
Definitely don’t recommend. Will be moving as soon as my lease is up. Have been only staying here for a month and already have a leak in my apartment from my upstairs bathroom. The property manager also constantly harasses my guests about parking when there is no marked or assigned parking spots. Should’ve known there was a reason this place only has 2 stars.
Deborah tries to illegally regulate parking. On the weekends, at that. Highly unprofessional.
Had to redo my rating to include how amazing the maintenance people are. They have been taking care of us during everything and have been tremendous help. Such an amazing place to come home to. Deb at the front desk is so sweet and always willing to help. The renovated units are definitely worth the upgrade heads up!
I've found Stephanie, Deborah, and the Maintenance crew to be exceptional in my time here at Sturbridge, I haven't had any problems. If I had any issues I would certainly share them here, but i don't. It's been easy living here no pressure and as I said they are always attentive to my needs. I've been here several years by the way which is worth noting. Thanks guys!
