Hey I did not know what to do at first, but they helped me get myself settled in and it was easy and plus the maintenance is good too. They’re real good so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Also no disturbance and everything and you to worry about noise. it’s perfect. I love here.
I went for a visit don’t waste your time, they had some chubby lady working the front with a vape in her hand, I guess she was supposed to give us a tour oh she goes by Debrah but she barely spoke. She didn’t say her name or give us any information about the apartment. Plus it looks and smells disgusting!! I wouldn’t even think about sleeping there. Go at your own risk
Staff is great, the property is always clean, great job on the pool
It seems as though the sense of urgency as it pertains to maintenance requests is lackluster. My wife and I have been renting for 5+ years, and I can assure you that the professionalism of the property staff, and their willingness to serve those who are renting, has not elevated. We've had work orders in for months (then marked in the system as completed without a proper check-in or courtesy call), just to have to repair things ourselves because we could no longer put our faith in a faulty system that Sturbridge Townhomes ha... read more
