We've been living here for about two months now, it's a very quiet and clean community. The pool looks beautiful and well maintained, apartments are a bit dated but they're nice. The staff is lovely and they fix any issue promptly Mr. Robert is very courteous and very nice. Mrs. Deborah is also on top of everything. My family and I are very glad with this community.
The complex always has nice, clean grounds. It's quite and all the neighbors are friendly. I've lived here almost four years and the management is has always addressed my concerns or questions. Staff is wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is it'd be awesome to put in a playground for the children and speed bumps.
0/10 would not recommend living at this facility what so ever. I had been staying at the property for two years and they do not fix anything. They will come and do half behind repairs and never come back to fix the real problem. My ceiling has been leaking water for the past two years. They will half behind fix it claim they will come and repaint and fix the situation and never do. I have mold in the shower and they just Reock over the mold and do nothing else about it. This place is a comple joke! If youre looking for somewhere to live please BYPASS this trash apartment complex. Ive been living here for a year and 7 months. First off customer service is TERRIBLE debroah is horrible her attitude is horrible and the management is just horrible as a whole. The maintenance team sucks, they take weeks to come fix anything and when they do, they leave their mess and dont clean it up.
