AWFUL. I've lived here for almost a year and I'm completely fed up. Maintenance is horrible, it took them 10 months to fix a simple light issue, our plumbing has been messed up since the start and SEWAGE leaked all over our kitchen and hallway. Then when maintenance came to clean it, they left the carpet partially ripped up where both my roommates and I have ripped our feet open on the staples.
