Called to ask about having a rear tire installed that I had just purchased online for my motorcycle, guy cut me off on the phone saying they dont do installs on customer purchased tires, and to quote him "good luck finding anyone in cortland that will" the previous shop in groton i called actually offers a flat rate of 85$ to do customer installs, and while more expensive the subsequent 2 shops i called within 25 miles of cortland after will also install customer ordered tires.
