No show, and the website and phone are down. Looks like they're out of business and didn't refund people. We choose at home lab work because my wife has severe anxiety about it, and this has really messed things to for her.
NO SHOW! NO FOLLOW UP CONTACT! They have my money. Many of these 5-star reviews refer to a differently named company. This is about Stumptown Lab Services. I paid, they no showed for the appointment. Two business days, many phone calls, a couple emails and a couple of texts later, still no contact. In fact, the phone seems to be disconnected. I spoke with someone about this appointment before paying, so they were still answering and pretending that they'd do the service I paid for up until they didn't show!
This was my first experience with mobile lab services and it was very efficient. They were timely, the reminders they sent kept the appointment and my deliverables top of mind and i was done in under ten minutes. Will recommend and use again.
Lost my specimen. Wouldnt call me back. No matter how great the actual expereince was, trying get labs sorted and then realizing they need to be redone was misreable. Would never recommend. Didnt get a refund.
