We wanted 2 large trees cut and removed... one tree was dead, but the other was a very very large three truck Holly tree about 80 or 90 feet tall. The tree crew arrived as scheduled, setup their modern and technologically advanced machinery quickly - caring for our yard and flowers and landscape lights. Company was doing work in my neighborhood and I have never seen such professionalism and actual care. We are in a neighborhood 1 way in and out, no other outlets. They made sure to keep a lane open and to help us through when we came by. They were respectful of peoples property, not leaving big divets in peoples yard, and one instance, the person working helped a black snake cross the road and not get run over (near a field and we need those snakes). We had 3 large trees trimmed and one removed. The guys were very professional and did an exceptionally good job. They cleaned up great and I’m very pleased with the work. On a scale of 1 to 5; I’d give them a 6

SBD was trimming trees next door to our house. Some of the limbs were over our house. They drove a huge piece of heavy equipment on our lawn. It left large ruts in our lawn. Called the company to get the issue resolved…. Still waiting. As I have stated before… the true test of a company is how they address issues when things go wrong! I’ll be out tomorrow fixing the ruts. Buyer beware!!👎👎
