He answers his phone, sets up a time to come to assess the job, calls you before he comes and most likely will do the job right away. His price is very fair and his work is second to none. I called several other services that were not interested in my job that gave me the run around. I came across Stump Grinders LLC and gave them a call. Tom answered and said he would be at my location within an hour for an estimate. Tom showed up when he said he would and what was even better was he said he would be able to remove my 3 stumps right then. Within 30 minutes the job was done.
