I would never recommend Stultz to anybody, very unprofessional and poor customer service, I had them manage my rental property years ago, it was such a nightmare to me, they made a lot of mistake when manage my rent account, poor communication with my tenant, the property manager Tina does not do her job right, she replied to my email very slow, she even sent me the wrong information, anyway I’m glad I had already done with Stultz, I’m very happy with my current management company.
