Christine Detwiler Smith was amazing to work with while selling my home.
It's been an absolutely terrible situation with them running our apartments. When Diane was there she did a great job of running the apartments. But now the apartments are run by Christine Smith . Within the last year they have let four tenants go 5 months without paying and never contacted us or did anything about it. two of those people we weren't able to recoup any of the money. I waited five years to post this review of this awful company. I moved here from out of state with my girlfriend five years ago. We applied to rent a small house for 800 a month and we had 2400 to give them up front. We both just started working at Walmart. We went into the office just after the new year once our credit and background checks came back. This nasty older woman that seemed like she ran the place had told us to come in.
