I felt that I wasted my time taking off of work and my daughters time missing school. I had asked when i made the appointment if they accepted State health insurance and they told me they couldnt tell me that. That it would be discussed at the appointment. After about a little over a hour appointment, I was informed they dont accept her insurance. I felt this could of been avoided had they told me on the phone.

RecommendedI tend to knock off my rear bracket. When I call to make an appointment they always get me in fast. Awesome and friendly people and yes it’s my fault the bracket comes off. Hopefully it does not happen anymore. I have to cut my steaks in smaller pieces lol. But seriously amazing people that actually care. Thanks y’all

RecommendedAbsolutely one of the best dental staff in Texas! I have been through 2 sets of braces(two different orthodontist) and by far I have never felt so welcomed and cared for as I did with the Smiles Doctors Braces team in Brownwood! They offered same day of having braces put on, zero down and flexible payment/scheduling options! I am excited to finally be getting my teeth fixed the right way with the best Orthodontist ever!

RecommendedWe have been part of the SoCo Smiles family for over two years and I cannot say enough about this wonderful team! We would highly recommend them to anyone or any family that is looking for an orthodontist. Dr Kofford and his staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet!
