Units get water one all 3 sides depending on if you are an end unit. Owners don’t tell you the units leak in your contract so you can atleast plan accordingly to keep stuff if the ground. Your contract does say 24 after snow ends it will be plowed which is not true as there 300 rental units aka apartments take precedence over their 9 storage facilities.
