Would not recommend in the winter probably a lot better in the summer but they take 4 days to plow there storage units out and there is plenty of people I met them couple days trying to get to my storage that where moving etc and needed to get there stuff out but could not because there was so much snow

I kept my entrance shoveled but water came into the unit anyway which froze and damaged items. Company wasn’t sure why. Only recourse is to file a claim with insurance. Would not recommend unless your items are completely off the ground.

I have had a unit with them for 3 years now. Every time I fell into tough times they worked with me. I lost a job last year and missed a month payment. I went in with 90 dollars and it was my last. I had a new job but didn't have money for gas to get there. Laura said. " I'm not taking all of your last money." She took half and told me to use the rest to get to my new job. It was a blessing. Im now all paid off and work all the time. Thanks for working with me
