If I could rate zero stars, I could. Only had our belongings in our storage unit for a month only to find out that there was rats all in our storage unit in all of our belongings come to find out the people that have the storage unit next to us are basically hoarders and have trash in their storage unit. Currently in the process of looking for a new storage unit and cleaning the current one out.

Maintenance man isn't worth a nickel. He doesn't like me so he cut the power off to all of the lot. The people in tri star management isn't doing a thing to him or to get the power back on. It's been 3months with no lights to parking lot or units Very un safe Seems to me tri star doesn't care about its property or customers!!!!
