Bizarre and unprofessional phone staff, predatory and questionable business model. The starting offer is extremely attractive, but after that ends your rent will increase by a shocking amount every month or two. It hasn't even been a year and I'm now paying about triple my initial rent, and they ask you to pay them money each month in order to not have them raise the rent--this is laughably advertised as a premium service of "locking in" your rent price and saving money. Tumi was amazing. I needed a storage unit fast because the original storage unit I booked hours are wrong on Google. Tumi was able to assist me. Using the storage unit was easy and I was able to store my things as I figure out next steps.
We put our stuff in storage at the clermont location and the whole process was seamless. Very clean and nice facilities too!!
Amazing place to go to when in need of storage!!! The people there are very nice and generous to all people there, especially Kim!!
