Update! A different team I work with got a cube and it’s still excellent. Ashley (spelling?) was really amazing on the phone, too. Fantastic company! —— Super clean facility, and easy to navigate (we're at the 5th Ave location). Good prices and really excellent customer service. Wande was super helpful and kind when I recently called in with questions.
The rep that helped me for the 5th Ave Brooklyn location was amazing. His name was Ashley, he was very knowledgeable and charismatic and completely sold me on renting a unit! Give him a raise & promotion!
