Overall it was a great experience. The team at STUF was always easy to get in contact and they were always helpful when I needed assistance. I like their system.
I had an amazing experience with Tumi at the storage facility. She was incredibly cooperative, friendly, and attentive. Even when the unit I needed wasn’t available, she went out of her way to make it accessible for me. She’s very soft-spoken, sweet, and genuinely caring, and I truly appreciate how she handled everything. After waiting for two months, her support made all the difference. I’m so thankful for her help and highly recommend her service!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – TOTAL SCAM! This was an absolutely disastrous experience. They do not answer voice calls, texts, or even respond to voicemails. Don’t expect any real human assistance at the facility, there is NO ONE on-site to help you access your unit. I tried multiple times to reach someone for help and got nothing but silence. They took my money without ever giving me access to the storage unit. Even after explaining the issue and asking for a refund, they’ve refused to return my money. Such a great location compared with other storage facilities in NYC! I moved my stuff from two bridges and couldn't be happier. The area with the storage lockers is well lit and feels really safe. It doesn't have a big reception area, but it's worth the tradeoff to have an easily accessible location. It's nice that everything is managed through the app!
