Dr. Hudsmith has been our dentist since we moved to Memphis nine years ago. We’ve now moved, but are making the trip back because of the professionalism and patient care we receive at every visit.
The entire staff is warm and friendly, yet professional. They are always prompt and prepared to serve. Moreover, Dr. Hudsmith came in on a Sunday once after church to relieve me of what I was certain to be a life-threatening toothache LOL. There simply aren't enough superlatives to describe the care and skill that Dr. Hudsmith and his team demonstrate to me each and every time I walk through the office door. Excellent is a word too often employed, but in this case it is entirely appropriate.
Always professional and on-time and the work is excellent. Also very good about working me in when there's an emergency.
I always go during my lunch break. They are professional, ON TIME with my appointment, and they make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience (as well as can be expected). They go above and beyond when filing your insurance, too. Once I had a bill that they told me NOT to pay as they knew the insurance company owed more on the bill! FANTASTIC people with great personalities!
He is simply the best! His staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office is centrally located and well-equipped. Overall, it is a great experience.
Dr. Hudsmith is the best dentist that I have ever seen and I am over seventy years old. I am completely relaxed and anxiety free prior to any appointment and during every procedure. The two root canals were pain free as were the fillings, and all other dental work. The only pain has been from a few of the shots and this was not significant. Any pain has come from the problem prior to the appointme and I am confident he will correct that. nice family practice, not very new facility. I went there for cleanings and needed one filling, the Hygienist was good and my filling is still fine. The building is old and equipment looked a little worn but everyone was friendly.
Wonderful job.... Very laid back and easy to deal with.. no pain.. moderate cost...front desk very cheerful
