I bought a scooter with a stage 1 kit from them this year, it has 80 miles on it and stalls when I accelerate. Because it has the stage 1 kit (that they installed) they won't cover it at all, and want to charge me just to look at it. Ridiculous, don't buy from them. I can't believe they won't stand behind something with less than 100 miles on it.
Above and beyond. This store was out of the way for me but came recommended for a patio door screen replacement. They did a beautiful job on screen and went above and beyond with cleaning the door up and making sure the locking mechanism and rollers were properly functioning. Highly recommend.
I only get to visit Studz Hardware store couple times a year . I'm a out of town visiter . No where in the St Louis area that has the mini bike inventory for parts. Reason I shop there is because I'm a Mini bike builder . Sure I can buy on line . But I'm a tire kicker . I need to look real time on the parts that I need . Like going to the car dealer . I had my lawnmover tuned up here and had a spark plug replaced. It was expensive, wasn't ready when promised, the staff was rude, and worst of all, the lawnmower has emitted a black smoke ever since I brought it home. I'd like to support small local businesses but I will absolutely not be returning here for anything.
It's truly amazing how wonderful this small area hardware shop has so very much to it. Truly, if u can't find it you HAVE to ask since they can pull an item out of thin air for you AND they know where it's located.I can't go to any of the huge hardware stores anymore unless the 'senior' citizen crew are there since they are the only ones who seem to give a damn. This place acts as if you could be human & have little time to go hunting for items as well. Never let me down once. 5 star service.
