Loving the intro special at Lone Fir Fitness! Really enjoyed the space, friendly staff and 1:1/class options. It's in such a central location and didn't come off as a "gym" when you walk into the front door. Instructors kicked my butt in the best way. Highly recommend for anyone trying to get back into the groove of moving their body and want to push their limits in new ways.

Corbin kicked our butts today in kettlebell! More kettlebell!!! Alejandra is another great instructor who designs excellent classes and makes you feel like she’s your biggest fan your. Lone fir has been so great to me after coming back to the gym from a long stint away due to injuries. No matter your fitness level you are welcome here.

I'm so grateful for Lone Fir. I was just getting back into my weightlifting routine and the trainers here have all been so welcoming and helpful. I'm bummed I have to move away but really can't recommend coming here enough.
