Friendly staff/awesome service/security
I lived at Studios435 for almost 4 years. During my last 2 years there, Mr. Anthony and Ms. Cece were the property managers. Both were excellent, always professional and responsive. Any issue I had (which was rare) was addressed quickly and fairly. Some apartments are relatively small, but they offer good value, and the overall property is clean and well-maintained with good facilities (gym, shared lobby and office, courtyard...). Highly recommend!
This experience was terrible. My husband and I lived there for a year exactly but wanted to leave a month in. Parking is non-existent and they played it as if street parking was readily available. Our car was broken into 2 times and then stolen from right in front of the building. The entire time we lived there we did not have AC and when we asked about it they gave us the same response and NEVER got fixed in the dead of summer. There were several times that random homeless individuals got into the building and were sleeping... read more
There’s a resident in this building who has been shouting out his window all week. This morning he started at 7:15 but sometimes he starts shouting as early as five, and he continues shouting until about midnight. I’ve tried calling the property manager but have gotten nowhere — so please, someone tell him to shut up and I’ll delete this review. The window in question is the top floor window on the far left. ***DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!*** Updating after moving out. I spent hours cleaning this 200sq’ overpriced studio. There wasn’t a speck of dust in the place and was disinfected with bleach. Yet they charged me $150 to clean it. I pay a professional cleaning service to clean my now 2400sq’ house $100. They had nothing to clean! I requested in writing and was told I would be present for the pre inspection and they didn’t honor that. The mattress had their mandated mattress cover over it when I moved in. I never spilled anything on it ... read more
