I came for a skin analysis appointment and returned the following day for an Oxylight facial with Ines who was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she took the time to follow up and review my skincare routine after the analysis. The Oxylight facial was such a treat the week before my wedding and my skin was glowing not only for the big day but also during my travels afterwards. I have seen Ines over the years and her care and knowledge of skin and skin care for my is thorough and consistent . I recommend Vis à vis and only wish they have more locations . Come to the east end!

The team is not only professional but also incredibly kind and welcoming — I always feel comfortable and well taken care of during each visit. What I really appreciate is how much I trust Florbela’s expertise. She gives thoughtful, honest recommendations on what products to use, and she’s great at cutting through skincare trends that might do more harm than good. Highly recommend!
