Very unprofessional. Adrienne the salon owner, charged $350 for a highlights and a gray coverage. Grays we not covered, I reached out to her to ask her to fix and redo the base color. She responded a day later to say she could redo the color but then….crickets, no answer. I reached out 3 more times over 2 days, still nothing. When I finally said, “Don’t worry about it” she had the audacity to call me immediately (how convenient) and say excuse after excuse for not responding and call me rude for saying “Don’t worry about it”... read more
