I cannot say enough wonderful things about Studio22, Andrea, and Alexa. After having an issue with a previous appointment and stylist, I was honestly so disappointed. Andrea, the owner, immediately stepped in with kindness, professionalism, and genuine understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns, never made me feel dismissed, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I called asking for a shampoo cut and style for thick textured hair my number was taken and I was given a call back… the guy then told me that I needed to come in for a consult and when I asked about price he said I mean do you NEED IT dried and styled… ummm who goes to a salon and wants to walk out with wet limp hair???? She’s the best! I always love being around her!
If I could give the nail artist Emma a 0 start. I would. After coming home and looking at my nails there was bubbles and it started to lift, and today one of the acrylic nails fell off. She was not gentle with my nails when she went to brush them off. I’m disappointed 0 stars. She had plenty of time to notice it and she didn’t, I feel disgusted for letting her let me leave like that, worst 55$ spent🤮
