Very unsatisfactory service, spent all day in there and at the end of the day, I was told that the hair dresser had another appointment with someone else so she would not be able to give me my hair cut. I prefer to get hair cut instead of blow dry. For $324, including tip $354 without blow drying, I felt like wasted money. I didn’t realize when I left because my hair was wet. Booked w/ Lindsey and she did FANTASTIC, if you are looking for alternative or j-fashion inspired haircuts with lots of texture she is the one.
After having the same hair style for 10+ years, I decided to branch out and not only get bangs, but also try a new salon. I chose Studio 2121 and I’m so happy I did! The process to schedule an appointment was easy, communication was prompt, and Skylar did an amazing job and is so sweet!! She listens to what I want for my hair, checks in with me through the process, and is awesome at what she does! The studio itself is chic, inviting, and clean.
