I had my hair done by Grace and had a very disappointing experience. Even one star feels too generous. My haircut looks nothing like the picture I showed her, my hair is poorly blended, and my roots are still visible (despite that being one of my main concerns). My hair has also never been this damaged. I expected a professional result and did not receive one. Save your time and your hair and go to someone more experienced.
