I had such a great experience at this salon! I have naturally curly hair, which can be difficult to cut well, but my stylist really listened to everything I wanted but more importantly I knew WHAT I didn’t want, Nicole clearly understood how to work with curls, & she also paid attention to my needs as a new client. I had my hair done by Grace and had a very disappointing experience. Even one star feels too generous. My haircut looks nothing like the picture I showed her, my hair is poorly blended, and my roots are still visible (despite that being one of my main concerns). My hair has also never been this damaged. I expected a professional result and did not receive one. Save your time and your hair and go to someone more experienced.
