RecommendedWhile visiting from Boston on maternity leave I tried a class with Amy and it was wonderful!! It was both challenging and fun! Amy knew I was post c-section so she offered to help me with any modifications if I felt like I needed it. The studio is super convenient, clean and bright! Amy and the rest of the team at Studio Zenith are fantastic. They are affordable, with a great location and a large selection of classes at different times as well as offering one on one personal training. I have done both the high intensity classes and personal training sessions and am never disappointed. Wether your in a group class or going the one on one thing the team at Studio Zenith hones the workouts to you, challenging you while also making sure your bodies needs are met. Studio Zenith is an amazingly welcoming and nurturing gym experience. Amy is so encouraging, working with people where they are while pushing through any perceived limitations. I always feel energized and more confident at the end of each session. Thanks Amy!
Studio Zenith is a great place to get some good exercise. The instructors are amazing and are very happy to work with people of all levels. The people who take classes there are very supportive too.
It's a MUST GO!!! If you haven't been you are missing out, on so many levels!!!!!!!!
