I have came to this gym 4 times in the past two months and we have did the same exact routines, no high intense moments, and a lot of isolated exercises for what’s supposed to be a “dance class”. The energy was very low, and one of the instructors never remember/know the routines she is teaching. I had heard good things about this place. But my experience here the past two months has been none of anything I heard

My friend and I stopped in for a Hustle class today and we thought it was a Zumba class. When we walked in everyone was in cowboy boots and hats. My friend and I were so nervous cause everyone looked so professional. The instructor was so welcoming though and we ended up having a lot of fun still! I have ankle issues so all the stepping was a bit much for me to do on a regular basis but I reccommend the class for anyone, not specifically country lovers

I came here for the first time last week and it was absolutely amazing! I went to a zumba class and everybody is so kind and supportive the coaches are amazing the staff is amazing and it's such a comfortable environment ! But be ready to sweat and feel it because it is intense but that's what's amazing about it! You're having so much fun that You don't even really feel how much of a workout it truly is! I will be trying out all the different classes, but i'm definitely keeping zumba As something I do every week! I highly re... read more
