Purchased very expensive large 750x1500 tiles from Jonathan for a luxury home. First he sent the wrong tiles for the feature wall in the bathroom. Lucky we spotted it, nobody else did. The second issue is a proper debacle.The builder and tiler laid the inside “soft” finish tiles outside on our alfresco and the “matte” finish tiles which were supposed to be on the outside, inside. Cannot rave more about Jonathan and his team. An absolute delight to work with and so ridiculously helpful! He was so lovely when I came in to choose selections, and allowed us to store our tapware at his show room for almost 2 years while our house was being built. Would 100% recommend him!
