I booked an appointment weeks ago. Explained what I wanted told no problem. Came in didn't get what I wanted. Asked multiple times, ignored. Left with hair color on my face in several places. Planned to go out today but can't get color off. Its even in my ears. Wanted hair put up never done. Stylist doing several people at once. Took hours didn't get what I came in there for. Price way to high for services that I got. Horrible.
