Studio Twenty - Eight

I've been going to Studio Twenty Eight for about 5 years, give of take. Always been on time and had a great experience. Sam got me in and out in an hour and it was great. But last week I had to cancel, because we were still getting hay cut. Sam texted "no problem. See you next week" but when I texted her back (3 times over 2 days) I was GHOSTED! I would never had thought that of Sam, and I'm confused as to why a business owner would "ghost" a repeated customer. Smh Not a good way to run a business.

This is the best hair salon ever! Whenever I leave and get my hair done, it’s the shiniest and softest ever. Book with them!!

I have been to many salons in the past and seen many stylists but none of them come close to Studio Twenty - Eight . I started going to Sam about 3 years ago and when I first went in my hair was damaged from prior service. Sam helped me get back to the healthy hair I wanted and also the color I wanted and we did it in the best way possible and it wasn’t ever 4 weeks like most salons want you in it’s every 6 to 8 weeks .
