Had such an amazing experience here yesterday! My sister-in-law has been very unwell and had a massive knot in her hair. I called and explained the situation and they had us come in right away. Catherine and all of the staff were so warm, kind and welcoming. They were super gentle with her and worked for over an hour to detangle her hair.
