Do you have "Time Out for Fitness"? Time Out for Fitness regularly has hour-long classes ranging from pilates to a high-energy fat burning BODYSTEP. The instructors really get you motivated and keep you there. No one is alone in this place, and it really feels like a family with everyone supporting everyone else. It really makes workouts fun!
